🎨 Registration is OPEN for July’s virtual Artistry iNMOtion | Art & Wellness Workshop. This month we will be creating with Acrylic Paints guided by our amazing collaborators at @indigo_art_therapy

✨Don’t miss this chance to connect and create process art with friends and peers in the NMOSD community.

🌿In this workshop, we will explore process-focused intuitive painting, with an emphasis on mindfulness, self-expression, and creative exploration. We will begin with a warm-up exercise, followed by guided process-focused painting with acrylic paints. For closing, we will have the opportunity to reflect on our experience and art pieces in small groups.

🖌️ Be sure to register by Thursday, July 17th in order to receive your art supplies.
After that date, you’re still welcome to join—just bring your own materials!
