Tell Congress to Protect the Orphan Drug Tax Credit
Right now, both the House and the Senate are reviewing the future of the Orphan Drug Tax Credit as part of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.
- The House has proposed repealing the ODTC altogether
- The Senate has proposed to substantially weaken the ODTC, effectively cutting it in half and limiting those who would qualify for it.
The National Organization for Rare Disorders (NORD) adamantly opposes both of these proposals, which is they we are calling on you to call Congress and urge them to Save the Orphan Drug Tax Credit in its entirety!
